Mark 10:45, “For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
📖 Devotional Message
The Reflection: The most shocking aspect of Christ is His “slave-nature.” Though He is the Creator and Lord of all, He defined His mission through “service” (ministry). He didn’t demand to be served; He sought to serve. The ultimate act of this service was the “ransom”—giving His life to buy us back from the slavery of sin. This sets the pattern for all spiritual leadership and life: greatness in the Kingdom is measured by the depth of our service to others.
Practical Application: Look for a “hidden” way to serve someone today—something that won’t get you noticed or thanked. Do it as an expression of the Slave-God living in you.
LUGANDA:
Okufumiitiriza: Ekintu ekisinga okuwuniikiriza ku Kristo bwe “butonde bwe obw’omuddu.” Wadde nga ye Mutonzi era Mukama wa bonna, yannyonnyola obutume bwe ng’ayita mu “buweereza” (obuweereza). Teyasaba kuweebwa buweereza; Yafuba okuweereza. Ekikolwa ekisembayo eky’obuweereza buno kyali “kinunulo” — okuwaayo obulamu bwe okutugula okuva mu buddu bw’ekibi. Kino kiteekawo ekyokulabirako eri obukulembeze bwonna obw’omwoyo n’obulamu: obukulu mu Bwakabaka bupimibwa n’obuziba bw’obuweereza bwaffe eri abalala.
Okukozesa mu nkola: Noonya engeri “enkweke” ey’okuweereza omuntu leero —ekintu ekitajja kukuleetera kwetegereza oba okwebaza. Kikole ng’okwolesebwa kw’Omuddu-Katonda abeera mu ggwe.
