John 15:4 “Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.”
To abide in the anointing, we must first be attached to the Anointed One, Jesus Christ. Just as a branch must be attached to the vine to receive life and bear fruit, so must we be attached to Christ to experience the fullness of His anointing in our lives. Christ is the Anointed One, and it is only through being in union with Him that we can enjoy the anointing.
Our attachment to Christ is a vital relationship. It’s not simply a matter of knowing about Him or having a superficial connection; we must be deeply united to Him in our spirit. In John 15, Jesus teaches us that abiding in Him is essential for bearing fruit in our Christian life. The anointing, which is the Spirit of Christ, is the very means by which we are enabled to live out Christ’s life and bear fruit for God.
Being attached to the Anointed One means drawing all of our strength, nourishment, and vitality from Him. It’s not by our own effort or abilities that we experience the anointing, but through our ongoing, living connection with Jesus. This connection must be daily, continuous, and full of intimacy with the Lord.

Lord Jesus, I thank You for being the Anointed One and the source of all anointing in my life.
I pray that You would help me to abide in You continually and remain deeply attached to You.
Lord, make me more aware of my union with You and strengthen my connection to You every day.
Help me to draw all of my strength and vitality from You, knowing that apart from You, I can do nothing.
May my life bear abundant fruit as I remain attached to You, the true Vine, Amen.
