Psalm 36:8–9 “They are saturated with the fatness of Your house, and You cause them to drink of the river of Your pleasures. For with You is the fountain of life; in Your light we see light.”
The overflowing life comes from drinking deeply of Christ as the fountain of life. When we are saturated with His presence and drink of His pleasures, we experience an abundant flow of divine life. This overflow is not merely for personal enjoyment but for His purpose—to build His Body and express His glory.
The more we drink of Christ, the more His life flows out of us to others. This overflow is spontaneous, effortless, and full of joy. It becomes a testimony of God’s sufficiency and an invitation for others to come and drink.
In His light, we see light. The fountain of life illuminates our path, providing clarity and direction for living according to God’s purpose.
