The more I receive of Christ, the more my appetite for Him increases. Some believers do not have a very large appetite for Christ. The reason for this is that they do not care for the pledging/promising of the Spirit. We need to be practical Christians that say, “O Lord Jesus, You are so sweet. Amen, Lord.” If we do this, the sense of the Spirit’s pledging will increase within us. The spirit’s pledging and sealing by experience is not once for all, but it is continuously increasing in us to all parts of our life. The more I receive of Christ, the more my appetite for Him increases, the more the sealing of the Spirit I experience.

The Believers Reigning with Christ through Grace’.
Grace is Abounding and Reigning through
Righteousness unto Eternal Life
This grace abounds/thrives/flourishes,prospers/overflows, multiplies, and reigns through righteousness unto eternal life (5:15, 20, 21). We have seen that through the redemption of Christ we have the righteousness of God and that this righteousness gives us the ground to claim Christ as our grace. This grace is constantly abounding/thriving/flourishing/ prospering/overflowing and multiplying. The abounding of grace results in reigning unto life eternal

“CHRIST IS GRACE REIGNING……. UNTO LIFE. ROMANS 5:21”
Christ’s Obedience on the Cross Has Brought Us Back to Life.
Therefore, the obedience of Christ on the cross terminated the fallen man of knowledge, the man of death, and recovered man back to life, making him a man of life.
NOW I Make declarations: Am A Man of Life, am filled with life, I experience Life, and I give out life to others.
Christ as Grace is Reigning in Every Aspect of my life. I can claim Him as my portion because the redemption of Christ has fulfilled all the requirements of His righteousness. I now have the position to claim Him as my portion. He has no choice. Because of His righteousness, He has to come to me as grace for my enjoyment. Grace means that I receive a gift which I do not deserve.

In the realm of grace we boast in God (5:11). The Greek word translated boast has at least three meanings: boast, exult, meaning to rejoice, and glory. Thus, we boast in God, exult in God, and glory in God. As we stand in the realm of grace, and walk the way of peace, we constantly boast, exult, and glory in our God. This means that we enjoy God. God is our portion for our enjoyment. We have such a God in which to boast, exult, and glory.

Finally, we expect to share the glory of God (v. 2). These six items are part of the result of God’s justification. Do you want God’s love and grace? Do you desire peace and hope? Do you want to share the divine, eternal life of God and be in His glory? For all of these matters you need justification. All of them are our portion as the issue of God’s justification.

God is light. If we fellowship with Him, we will have His light. Therefore, the fellowship of life brings us into the light of God so that we may have His light. Being in darkness is proof that we do not have fellowship with God or that our fellowship has been broken. If we have fellowship with God or with His children, we certainly are in the light of God. The fellowship of life and the light of God cannot be separated. If we are in the fellowship of life, we are in the light of God. If we are not in the light of God, we have lost the fellowship of life.
