Devotional 52: Living in the Light of Grace and Truth

Grace and truth are revealed in Christ. John 1:14 declares that He is full of grace, the flowing of divine life, and truth, the reality of all spiritual things. These two aspects are not merely doctrinal but deeply experiential.

Walking in the light of grace and truth, as described in 1 John 1:7, brings us into fellowship with God and one another. This fellowship purifies and enlightens us, exposing darkness and enabling growth.

Titus 2:11-12 shows that grace not only saves but trains us to live soberly, righteously, and godly in this age. It is the power of grace that enables us to overcome sin and live in the reality of God’s purpose.

To live in this light, we need to daily receive His grace and truth through the Word, prayer, and fellowship with other believers. By doing so, we are transformed and equipped to express His life.
