2 Corinthians 12:9, “But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
Grace is not merely unmerited favor but the living presence of Christ within us. In the church life, grace is indispensable. It is the divine supply that enables us to serve, endure, and build.
In the good land, the abundance of resources—grain, wine, oil, and fruits—represents the riches of grace in Christ. Grace strengthens us in our weaknesses, empowers us for ministry, and unites us in the Body.
Experiencing grace requires:
1.Acknowledging our need and depending on the Lord.
2.Receiving His supply daily through prayer and His Word.
3.Sharing this grace with others in the Body life.
Main Points:
– Grace as Supply: It meets our every need (Philippians 4:19).
– Grace in Weakness: Christ’s power is perfected in our frailty.
– Grace in the Body: It flows among members for mutual edification.
Prayer Confessions:
Lord, grant me the daily supply of Your grace to live and serve in the Body.
Teach me to rely on Your grace in my weaknesses.
May the grace in the church flow abundantly for building up, Amen.
