Deuteronomy 8:7-9;
[7] For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills; [8] a land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey; [9] a land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.
John 10:10;
The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
2 Corinthians 9:8
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
The good land is described as a land of abundance—of food, resources, and blessings. This abundance reflects the unsearchable riches of Christ (Ephesians 3:8…that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; ) made available to believers.
In John 10:10, Jesus declares that He came to give life and give it abundantly.
As we live in the good land, we experience not only material sufficiency but also spiritual richness.
God’s grace abounds to us in every good work, enabling us to live a life full of His provision and purpose.
