and to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
The good land, in its fullest sense, is a place where believers experience the full enjoyment of all that God has prepared for them. In Joshua 21:43-45, we see that God gave Israel the land, and they entered into it to possess it and enjoy its abundance.
In Christ, we have entered into the good land and are called to fully enjoy all the riches of God’s grace. Jesus promised us abundant life (John 10:10), and in Him, we experience the fullness of life. This is not just a life of survival, but one of richness, joy, and peace.
Ephesians 3:19 speaks of knowing the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, filling us to all the fullness of God. The good land signifies the abundant life we experience when we live in the full enjoyment of Christ.
Thought of the day/Main Points:
– The good land is not just a place of physical blessings but a land of spiritual riches for believers.
– Christ has made available abundant life, which believers are called to enjoy to the fullest.
– Living in the good land means enjoying Christ’s fullness, His love, and His grace daily.
