Isaiah 60:19, “The sun will no more be your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon shine on you, for the Lord will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.”
📖 Devotional Message
The promise of “everlasting light” suggests a state of being where there is no more night. Spiritually, “night” represents periods of confusion, sin, or distance from God. When we build our lives on the foundation of His presence, we enter into a “day” that never ends. This is not just a future hope for heaven, but a current reality we can experience by staying in the Spirit. The more we walk in this light, the more the shadows of fear and doubt are permanently chased away by the rising of the Morning Star in our hearts.
Practical Application: If you feel a sense of “spiritual night” or gloom today, declare that the Lord is your everlasting light. Refuse to let temporary shadows dictate your mood or your faith.
