Ephesians 4:15, “But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ.
đź“– Devotional Message
The Reflection: Spiritual growth is not a solitary intellectual pursuit; it is an organic “growing up into Him.” The atmosphere required for this growth is “love.” Without love, truth becomes cold and rigid; but truth spoken in love provides the nourishment the Body needs to expand. As we hold to the truth of Christ’s Headship, every part of our being—our mind, emotion, and will—begins to align with Him. Growth is measured by how much of Christ has been added to our character.
Practical Application: In your conversations today, check your motive. Are you seeking to be “right,” or are you seeking to build up others in love? Choose the path that fosters growth.
LUGANDA:
Okufumiitiriza: Okukula mu by’omwoyo si kugoberera magezi kwokka; kibeera kiramu “okukula mu Ye.” Embeera eyeetaagisa okukula kuno ye “kwagala.” Awatali kwagala, amazima gafuuka gannyogoga era amakalu; naye amazima agoogerwa mu kwagala gawa ebiriisa Omubiri bye gwetaaga okugaziwa. Nga tunywerera ku mazima g’Omutwe gwa Kristo, buli kitundu ky’obulamu bwaffe —ebirowoozo byaffe, enneewulira, n’okwagala —kitandika okukwatagana naye. Okukula kupimibwa ku bungi bwa Kristo bwe bongerwa ku mpisa zaffe.
Okukozesa mu ngeri ey’omugaso: Mu mboozi zo leero, kebera ekigendererwa kyo. Onoonya okuba “omutuufu,” oba onoonya okuzimba abalala mu kwagala? Londa ekkubo erikuza okukula.
