2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”
In Christ, we are a new creation. The old life, dominated by sin and death, has passed away, and a new life has begun. This new life is not merely an improvement of the old; it is a completely new reality, born of God’s Spirit.
As new creations, we are called to walk in the newness of life. This means living according to the divine nature, experiencing God’s reality, and expressing Christ in all our thoughts, words, and actions.
The Christian life is one of continual transformation as we allow the new life to take root and bear fruit in us.
To walk in the newness of life:
1.Recognize that you are a new creation in Christ (Galatians 6:15).
2.Put off the old man and put on the new man (Ephesians 4:22-24).
3.Live by the new nature, allowing Christ to be expressed through you (Colossians 3:10).
